ORLANDA RAFAEL DUARTE
Founding Partner and Manager
Lawyer since 2005. Holds a Law degree from the University of Jurisprudence of Trento, Italy.
Master's degree in Legal and Political Sciences from the Faculty of Law of Eduardo Mondlane University in Mozambique.
She is a member of the Mozambican Bar Association and the Mozambican Association of Women in Legal Careers since 2005.
She served as National Director at the Ministry of State Administration from 2007 to 2012, working in the areas of Municipalities and Territorial Organization.
She was a member of the SADC Electoral Advisory Council from April 2012 to March 2022.
